GRANDPAY’s Compliance Statement

GRANDPAY is a leading card payments provider, fully compliance to international AML and compliance standard to protect our customers.
We are committed to co-operate fully with the Government and other relevant authorities in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. In meeting this commitment, GRANDPAY is guided by the following principles:

  • GRANDPAY should always conduct our business in conformity with high ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
  • GRANDPAY must know our customers through customer due diligence procedures.
  • GRANDPAY will co-operate fully with law enforcement agencies in anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (AML/CFT).
  • An independent review of GRANDPAY’s Compliance policy and process is conducted regularly independently to ascertain its adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Below process safeguards all lines of defense for GRANDPAY:
  • A robust Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) policy and process.
  • Appointment of expertise compliance personnel.
  • Conducting Customer Due Diligence on all GRANDPAY’s customers.
  • A prohibition customer list which GRANDPAY will not serve.
  • A process to investigate cards’ activities, including detecting suspicious and fraud transactions.
  • GRANDPAY ensures that all suspicious activities are timely reported to the appropriate authorities, with follow up processes to review the customer relationship.
  • Ongoing AML training for our employees.
  • GRANDPAY recognises that the effectiveness of AML/CTF capabilities involves ongoing evaluation of our policies, procedures and technologies to keep pace with the ever-evolving money laundering schemes and its implications to our business.
